Develop your practice with guided self-practice Ashtanga Mysore (all levels). Both beginners and experienced students are encouraged to practice in this quiet and meditative class setting – with each student progressing and developing at their own pace through the set sequencing.
You do not need to know the Ashtanga sequence to attend. However, please only attend if you have a serious interest in developing this form of practice. New students are encouraged to observe class before attending.
You can arrive at any time, however it is suggested that you leave enough time for practice, including the finish postures and relaxation. Initially, you may have a shorter practice time, which will gradually increase as ability and stamina develops.
