This intensive will introduce & refine your approach to hands-on assists. Open to all teachers and students (except complete beginners). No teaching experience required. Limited capacity for attendance.
We will begin with an overview of how to safely approach assists, then cover standing postures, forward bending, back bending & inversions. This is a 2 day workshop, held on Saturday 16th & 23rd November.
Time will be available at the end for Q&A for specific postural requests.
