Course dates have not been scheduled but could potentially be offered autumn 2024.

This will be dependent on level of serious interest of appropriate candidates before dates and application forms are finalised.

The Sangyé Yoga School TT is a 200 hour training accredited with Yoga Alliance UK- This 200hr course presents a foundation in yoga principals with a strong emphasis on vinyasa.  The course will include the following areas of study: asana, bandha, drishti, applied anatomy, mechanics of fundamental assists, philosophy, pranayama, meditation, teaching methodology & ethics (yama/niyama)
