Thank you for all the kind and supportive messages sent.
We heard you wanted live-stream classes, here are some to keep you grounded during this unpredictable time. Thank you for tuning in and supporting each other.
It’s the perfect opportunity to PRACTISE.

Virtual classes can be signed in using any current class pack (unltd or multi class pack). Virtual class packs are also available. If you have both a studio + virtual pack on your account, the booking system should assign the corresponding credit to each class visit.

How does it work?

-Sign up for the class by booking online via our site or the app. We cannot take phone reservations at this point.
Please note: If you have been to the studio previously, frontdesk would have set up an account with your email on your first visit. Use the same email and request a password reset. This will avoid you making a new duplicate account. If it is your first visit… then make a new account 🙂
Please also note: the teacher will not demonstrate the class sequence. Within Zoom, select “gallery view” if a visual guide is required.

–add the following email address to your trusted sender list: [email protected]
-If you are using a phone or tablet, download the free Zoom (cloud meetings) app
-We will send a link for class to the email that is on your mindbody account 15 mins before the scheduled start time.
-Click the link and enter the virtual waiting room. We will check your details & admit you to class at the scheduled start time.
-You can keep your camera on so the teacher can see you, or turn it off if you prefer (controls are on the bottom left hand side within zoom meeting window).
-If you have not received the link 15 mins before the scheduled start time of class: check your junk folder + ensure you have added [email protected] to your trusted/safe sender list. Gmail accounts: check “all mail” or promo folder, not just your inbox please 🙂
