Like many, Katie was initially drawn to yoga for the asana, the chance to exercise rigorously and find respite from the busyness of daily life. However, she also sought something deeper than just a good sweat, and discovered this at the hallowed halls of the Sangyé Yoga School where she has been practicing since 2010.
Katie is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga and its teachings with others, just as she has experienced and continues to do. Always a student, Katie completed the Sangyé Yoga Teacher Training and an Apprenticeship with Cat to further deepen her practice and teaching skills.
