This is mainly for fun vs. fear.
Suitable for beginner’s, refiner’s and teachers.
Let’s talk about inversions and how to prepare, train and modify, when required…everyone can learn to invert and shift their perspective!
– shoulderstand (salamba sarvangasana)
– headstand (salamba sirsasana)
– safe and supported drills for: forearm stand (pinchamayurasana) + handstand (adho mukha vrksasana)
It is recommended to attend both sessions to have a well established foundation and warm up. Priority will be given to those who can attend the complete course.
Join a relaxed and fun environment integrating conscious breathing to override nerves and self-sabotage. Everyone will work at their current capacity…with a view of working just at the edge of it, perhaps peeking beyond. Questions are encouraged and welcomed.
This foundations course is suitable and open to beginner/refiner students and also teachers who wish to support beginner practitioners in open level classes. Invite and accompany a friend/family member who is new to yoga. All levels welcome.
