Join Joe for an engaging and accessible workshop designed to help you understand the mind, why we experience stress, and how to use meditation to bring more ease and balance into your life—no matter what’s happening around you.
In this session, Joe will share simple yet powerful insights about the mind and stress, teach a couple of exercises to experience the mind, and finish with a 25-minute guided meditation.
This workshop is perfect for beginners but open to all levels. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your understanding, you’ll leave with practical tools to bring more calm and clarity into your everyday life.
