Develop your practice guided self-practice Ashtanga (all levels). Phil hopes to provide an open & supportive environment that allows practitioners of different levels to practice together.
Both beginners and experienced students are encouraged to practice in this quiet and meditative class setting – with each student progressing and developing at their own pace through the set sequencing. You do not need to know the full Ashtanga sequence to attend– the teacher will have the space to offer one-to-one verbal and physical adjustments that are not always possible in a led class. However, please only attend if you have a serious interest in developing this form of practice. New students are welcome to observe class before deciding to attend.
You can arrive at any time, however it is suggested that you leave enough time for practice, including the finish postures and relaxation. Initially, you may have a shorter practice time, which will gradually increase as ability and stamina develops.
Teaching is from 7:00-8:45 AM; but you could stay later if required for finishing postures.
